We know you're busy! We have designed our Professional Studio Headshot Session to be quick and efficient while providing you with High-Quality imagery you will be proud to display in all of your marketing, social media, resume, and business correspondences. We have 23 years of Professional Photography experience creating beautiful Professional Headshots!

The session includes up to two looks (clothing attire). Allow up to ten minutes of shoot time for each look chosen with five minutes of change time in between. Many Clients do a Business look for their Professional Use and a Casual look for their Personal Use. And yes of course... if you only need one look, we get you out even faster!

You will be photographed on a Professional Studio backdrop. We will discuss your specific photography needs to match a backdrop to you.

Once the session is complete, we move to our "Viewing and Ordering" Consultation Room. We will compare your images side-by-side on our large monitor so you can view and select your favorites.

Your purchased images include our complimentary "Headshot Image Enhancements". We soften facial wrinkles, remove acne, touch-up blemishes, whiten eyes and teeth, remove stray/frizzy hair, reduce clothing wrinkles, etc. If you need more in-depth digital art services such as weight reduction, braces removal, etc., discuss your needs with Julie. These services are available for an additional fee.

We typically edit and get your images to you within 3 business days but can accommodate faster turn-around requests if time is available. Once we have completed the editing of your chosen images, we will send a link via email for you to download your High-Resolution image file(s) directly to your computer along with a License of Rights Letter. This letter allows you to print, post, and share as desired.
The Headshot Retainer Fee is $150 and is due at the time you book your appointment. Each image file you select is just $50.
Yes! We have printed Portrait Packages available as well.

STUDIO POLICIES

A Valid Email Address, phone number, and ability to pay your Retainer Fee at the time of booking is required to become a Client.

The Retainer fee is a non-refundable professional service charge that locks in your appointment time and date. Although we do not provide refunds, should there be inclement weather and/or an emergency arise, we are happy to move the funds to a new weekday appointment date and time within six months of the originally scheduled appointment.

All ordered images will be archived for one year. Non-ordered images are immediately purged from our system.

All print and digital image orders are considered finalized once we receive your payment. Payment for selected images is due at your Viewing and Ordering appointment.
