ON-LOCATION FAMILY PORTRAIT SESSIONS

$250 Retainer Fee for Columbus, Georgia locations

$335 Retainer Fee for Callaway Gardens and Pine Mountain, Georgia locations (includes travel)

We have 23 years of Professional Photography experience creating beautiful Professional Family Portraits!

  • On-Location Portrait Session up to 60 minutes.  We will photograph your family in multiple poses and any desired groupings.  The session includes one look/outfit attire.  Extended time sessions, multiple looks/outfits, and on-location shoots outside of the local area are all available for an additional fee.  Please get in touch with Julie to discuss your specific portrait needs.  (706) 992-8233 or Julie@JEHedges.com

 

  • After your session, we will schedule a "Viewing and Ordering" appointment at our studio with the family's portrait decision-makers.  This appointment typically takes 60 minutes.  We will showcase your images on our large monitor so you can compare, view, and select your favorite images.  Buy only what you love!  For our out-of-town clients, we conduct the appointment online just as if you were in the studio with us.

  • We have many photographic packages and products to choose from:

    • Canvas Gallery Wraps and Framed Prints start at $145 (8x10)

    • Mounted Prints start at $55 (8x10)

    • Gift Prints start at $25 (4x6, 5x7, 8x10, Wallets)

    • Digital Images with a License Release are $100 each or $50 each when you purchase the image as any printed product.

  • ​Your purchased images include our complimentary "Family Portrait Enhancements".  We soften facial wrinkles, touch-up blemishes, whiten eyes and teeth, reduce clothing wrinkles, etc.  If you need more in-depth digital art services such as weight reduction, braces removal, etc., discuss your needs with Julie.  These services are available for an additional fee.

  • Once you have placed your portrait order, please allow two weeks for printed products to arrive from the lab.  Any High-Resolution digital files ordered will be edited and sent directly to your email with a license allowing you to download them directly to your personal computer/laptop for safekeeping, printing, posting on social media, and sharing as desired.

  • The Retainer Fee is due at the time you book your appointment.  We accept all major debit and credit cards.  Additionally, we offer Google Pay, Apple Pay, CashApp, and ACH bank transfer as digital currency options for your convenience as well.

STUDIO POLICIES

  • A Valid Email Address, phone number, and ability to pay your Retainer Fee at the time of booking is required to become a Client.

  • The Retainer fee is a non-refundable professional service charge that locks in your appointment time and date.  Although we do not provide refunds, should there be inclement weather and/or an emergency arise, we are happy to move the funds to a new appointment date and time within six months of the originally scheduled appointment.

  • All ordered images will be archived for one year.  Non-ordered images are immediately purged from our system.

  • All print and digital image orders are considered finalized once we receive your payment.  Payment for selected images is due at your Viewing and Ordering appointment.
