THE FINE PRINT PLEASE READ PRIOR TO RESERVING YOUR APPT. A $45 Reservation Fee is required to lock in your appointment. Please have your Visa, MasterCard, or Amex available when you call for your appointment. (706) 563-1761. The reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE for cancellations. Reschedules will NOT be available. No exceptions during this specially priced promotion. All ages are welcome from birth and up! We have posing chairs available for all ages. You may dress your little one in any outfit you desire. Solid colors work best & are preferred, but not required. Girl's Spring Dresses, Boys in Polos, Ties, or little Sweater Vests always look cute. Cute Antique clothing is great too! Our bunnies, chicks, and lamb are not real, due to several children allergies. However, they are VERY realistic. Your child is welcome to hold any of our props. We do not allow ANY other video, still, or cell phone cameras to be used during the Portrait Session. Please assist us in avoiding awkward moments by discussing this studio policy with all family members/guests prior to our scheduled appointment together. Appointments are scheduled every fifteen minutes. It is our goal to start each client’s scheduled session on time. You are required to arrive at least 15 minutes PRIOR to your scheduled appointment time so we may complete your client information sheet. Arriving early also gives your child time to get acclimated with his/her surroundings. A Valid Email Address is Required to become a Client. Due to our tight schedule, we will be unable to accommodate late arrivals. Late Arrivals will forfeit their Reservation Fee. If space and/or time permits, we will attempt to work you in, however, we refuse to impact any other client's appointment. All appointments are for one child. Additional children may be added for $15 per child.
We ask that you please allow the photographer the opportunity to work with your child for emotion, smiles, and laughs. With our many years of experience, we have found that too many adults vying for the child's attention can be a distraction.
Babies are like adults, they have good days and bad days. If your baby is not cooperative during the session, we will be happy to reschedule your session to another appointment time that day, if available. If you or we are unable to reschedule your session, or if baby still does not cooperate, we will be happy apply your reservation fee to a future session with our studio.
Products within a package may not be substituted and/or swapped for other optional products and services. However, you may add products to any package.
We like to ensure everyone has read our Fine Print, understands, and agrees with our studio policies. When you call to make your appointment, we will ask for the promotion code. The promotion code is "yellow".
Referral Promo: Once you book your session with us, for each NEW client that you refer who signs up for an Easter & Spring Mini Session, you will receive $25 off of your package price. Please note "NEW" client is defined as a client who has never had a paid photography session with our studio.
Please note: If your package includes products that require selections from you, image selections must be completed within 3 (three) days of our initial email to you. All images and products will be ready the week prior to Easter or sooner.
