Month Seventh or Eighth

Celebrate your pregnancy with wonderful artistic photographs in our relaxed studio atmosphere.  We will conduct three mini-sessions during your scheduled appointment.  We begin with you and your partner dressed in Casual attire.  We encourage you both to wear black slacks, khakis, or jeans with solid tops.  This places the focus on your faces and belly as patterns distract.  This portion of the session is to get you comfortable in front of the camera, but also make great gifts for family.

From there, we continue with our "Belly Exposing".  Our focus will be on your belly; the shape, both of your hands embracing the belly, your partner listening to the sounds of your baby through your belly... beautiful images showcasing your baby bump.  We request that you change into comfortable easy to pull down pants (black preferred) that tuck neatly underneath your belly or button-down fly jeans look cute too.  Elegant half shirts, button down shirts, one button sweaters, etc. are best for your top.  Essentially, any top that can easily be pulled up or apart to show your belly.  We request that your partner wear slacks/jeans of a same or similar color.  If your partner is fit, tan, and comfortable in his skin, we prefer him shirtless.  However, if he has a beer belly, farmer’s tan, or Robin Williams body hair… let’s keep the shirt on.  Smile!  If he chooses to wear a shirt, a simple black t-shirt with no logos is preferred.

Lastly, we ask that you get as nude as you feel comfortable.  This can be as modest as wearing a tube top and boy shorts, strapless bra & thong underwear, or topless.   The choice is yours.  If you choose topless, we always cover nude breasts with hands, arms, or fabrics.  We then drape your beautiful pregnant body with our solid and sheer fabrics.  Our focus is to show the beauty of pregnancy.  Your partner will be included.  We request that he wear black slacks and the shirtless rules apply as described in the Second Mini-Session.

Add any of your other children to the session for just $35 per child.

Once your proofs have been edited, you will receive a Proofing Slideshow along with your Enlargement Order forms via email.  You will have seven days to review your proofs and submit your Enlargement Order to us.  Please note that a $125 minimum order is required.

In addition to your Proofing Slideshow, we are happy to upload your images to an Online Proofing website for an additional fee.  When you call to schedule your appointment, please have your debit or credit card handy to pay the Creation Fee.  We take Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.  Agreement to Studio Policies is required prior to scheduling your 1st appointment.

7 Days to 8 Weeks

Precious Newborn images with the New Parents.  Mom & Dad hands make the best props for baby!  We will include one family pose within session, if time permits.  Parents wear solid black tops and black slacks, so focus remains on baby.  During the first eight weeks, babies can be molded into the most precious poses.  We encourage you to bring props, blankies, and cute hats!  Bring baby full and sleepy to the session.  Sleeping babies are our favorite to pose! 

• This is the perfect time to capture images for personalized "Birth Announcements" and our "Baby Parts" is  MUST HAVE!  Don't forget grandma with our easy carry Accordion Memory Books!

Once your proofs have been edited, you will receive a Proofing Slideshow along with your Enlargement Order forms via email.  You will have seven days to review your proofs and submit your Enlargement Order to us.  Please note that a $125 minimum order is required.

3 to 4 Months

Lots of new smiles at this session.  Baby should have good head control, capable of holding head up for one minute at a time.  Babies tire easy during this session, therefore we limit it to two mini-sessions with baby in Favorite Outfit & Nude Tummy Time.

6 to 7 Months

This is our favorite session!  Babies will usually give us lots of camera time, with plenty of giggles and smiles.  Baby should sit well on own, without using hands and arms as support.  Please bring baby's favorite toy.  We will do a minimum of three mini-sessions;  Favorite Outfit, Baby Soup, & Baby Bath time.  If time and Baby permit, we can add "Cowboy" for boys - Cowboy Hat, Handkerchief, and Overalls.  "Princess" for girls... with Tutus & Tiaras.  Ask for Details. 

• This is the perfect time to add a Photo Purse and/or Composite Print!  Don't forget grandma with our easy carry Accordion Memory Books!

9 to 12 Months

Newfound independence.  Babies are usually on the go... crawling or even walking away.  We must be quick for this session!  Baby should be able to stand independently or very stable while holding on .  We will do a minimum of three sessions;  Baby in Favorite Outfit, Jeans, and Diaper Cover with baby's favorite Cake. 

• Our Cake Baby is a very popular product with this Session.  Also too, if you bring baby in at eleven months, we can create Customized 1st Birthday Party Invitations.  Don't forget grandma with our easy carry Accordion Memory Books!

REQUIRED READING - STUDIO POLICIES

• The Creation Fee is a professional service charge for creating your portraits.  Your Creation Fee locks in your appointment time and date just for you and is due at the time your Portrait Session is scheduled over the phone.  Please have your credit/debit card handy when you call.

• The Creation Fee is  non-refundable for cancellations, however, we will move the Creation Fee to a new rescheduled appointment time should an emergency arise.

• A $125 minimum enlargement order is required to place an order from your proofs.  Please note that a minimum $300 enlargement/portrait purchase is required before Photo Handbag and Purses may be ordered.

• In-Studio Appointments are scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 10am and 6pm.  Please note that evening appointments book weeks in advance.  If you're interested in an appointment and definitely need our 6pm slot, please contact us immediately.  Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays are typically booked with weddings.  However, if you need a weekend, and we are available, we are happy to schedule your appointment based on availability with a $65 sur-charge.  We are closed on Mondays.

• Baby appointments are for one child.  Siblings or a parent may be added for an additional $35 per person, per session.  (Exception - Newborn session includes Parents as props and one family pose).  If you have multiples (twins/triplets) you will pay the creation fee plus 1/2 for each additional multiple to be included.

• Each baby session is for up to one-hour or when baby tires.  We do not push babies beyond their comfort levels.

• A Family Session may be added to any one session for an additional $45.

• Typically the photographer can determine how well a session is going within the first ten minutes of the session.  Babies are like adults, they have good days and bad days.  If the photographer determines, based on the baby's feedback, that the studio will be unable to produce images that meet our quality guidelines and/or provide you images that you will be satisfied with, we will "call the session".  When we "call the session', we offer a complimentary reschedule, for a near future date, at an opposite time of the day, when baby may be more up for photographs.  If, however, the client decides to forego the studio's suggestion of "calling the session", and the client is ultimately unhappy with the images produced, our satisfaction money-back guarantee will be forfeited.

• Products and Services within a package may not be substituted and/or swapped for other optional products and services.  There will be no refund provided for non-use of a product or service.  Services and Products may be upgraded for additional cost.

• A Valid Email Address is Required to become a Client.

• Once your proofs are edited, you will receive an email with a Proofing Slideshow for viewing your images.  Included, you will receive an easy to follow order form for placing your enlargement choices.  Your Proofing Slideshow will be valid for seven days.  Any portrait and product orders must be placed within the seven days.

• All ordered images will be archived for one year.  Non-ordered images will be purged from our systems.

We absolutely guarantee you'll be THRILLED (not just "satisfied") with your photographs and our service.  If you aren't, for any reason, we will either do whatever is necessary to see to it you are THRILLED, or we will cheerfully give you your money back.  No hassles and no hard feelings either.  If you're not THRILLED, we don't deserve to have your money.  Call today and allow Julie to introduce you to a new photography experience!

BABY CLUBS

• A signed contract will be required at time of scheduling your first session plus one half of your package cost as a Retainer Fee.  The remaining balance is due on or before scheduling baby's "Sit-Up" Session.  Failure to pay balance by the deadline will result in forfeit of your Retainer Fee.

• All Baby Club pricing is for one child and all sessions must be of the same child.

• Baby Clubs expire once the child turns 15 months old, regardless if you have scheduled all appointments.

• Club Members who completely cancel appointments will have their club membership forfeited with no refund due.

• Baby Club Members are not required to meet a minimum enlargement portrait purchase per session.

• Baby Club packages may not be combined with any other offer or special.
